I've never read Kurt Cobain's journals, but he was a pretty interesting guy (not to mention, one of our friends is named after him) and I've always wanted to.  Also, grunge is just plain old cool, but that goes without saying.  I'm always interested to see what influences people (I think that this is a result of being a writer & having many influences myself) so I thought it was really awesome that Kurt compiled a list of his top 50 albums.  You won't be surprised at a lot of the names on the list, but almost all of them make visible sense.
